During the research, the weights of the subjective and objective criteria affecting energy poverty in each household dimension will be determined and a new method will be developed in the measurement of energy poverty. Thus, by enabling the correct definition of the energy poverty phenomenon and the correct identification of the problem, it will contribute to the correct and effective determination of the policies to be implemented in order to reduce energy poverty, encourage the use of renewable energy, and establish social protection programs.
